The hot air balloon meeting takes place from July 25 to August 3. The flights usually occur early in the morning around 6:00 AM and in the late afternoon around 6:00 PM, depending on the weather conditions.
Yes, hot air balloon flights are available to the public. It is recommended to make a reservation as spaces are limited and depend on the weather conditions. Please refer to our balloon ride section for more details.
Participants must be in good physical health. They must be at least 7 years old and be at least 1.20 meters tall. Pregnant women and people with heart problems or mobility issues are not allowed to fly in a hot air balloon. Please refer to our specific conditions when making a reservation.
Yes, you can enjoy the spectacle by watching the hot air balloons take off from the designated observation areas on the site. It’s a magical moment that doesn’t require boarding. There will also be a virtual reality booth that will make you feel as if you were in a hot air balloon.
In the event of a hot air balloon flight cancellation due to weather conditions, we will offer either a rescheduled flight on another date during the event, within the following year, or during the event the year after; or a partial refund minus processing fees, according to the conditions specified during the reservation.
In addition to the hot air balloon flights, the event offers a variety of entertainment: concerts, food stands, aerial shows, exhibitions, children’s workshops, corn mazes, an escape game, and more.

Parking, the hot air balloon take-off show, animations on the public stage, and the aquatic show are all completely free. However, some activities such as the corn maze and the escape game are chargeable.

Yes, the site is fully accessible to people with disabilities. A dedicated parking lot is available.
Yes, you will find several food trucks and food stalls offering a variety of dishes to suit all tastes, including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Bringing outside food is allowed in the designated picnic areas. However, food is not permitted inside the activity zones
No, there is no locker or changing room.
The event and festival are accessible by car. Free shuttle buses are provided from the parking areas to the site entrances. To reduce carbon impact, we encourage carpooling.
Yes, we have several parking areas for visitors. Parking is free.
Absolutely, the site offers many activities suitable for young children, as well as shaded areas.
Pets are allowed, except in the educational farm area. Dogs must be kept on a leash, and in accordance with regulations, first-category dogs must be muzzled.
For Festivol concerts, animals are strictly prohibited at concerts, with the exception of medical assistance dogs.
Hot air balloon flights are dependent on weather conditions. In case of strong winds, rain, or bad weather, flights may be cancelled for safety reasons. Ground activities will continue, following safety regulations, even if the flights are cancelled.
Yes, we offer on-site camping, with spaces reserved ONLY for pilots and exhibitors on the Pilots’Square.
We also have an area for caravans available to the public – more details to come. Additionally, it is possible to book accommodations in partnership with nearby facilities.
We have security guards on site, entrance checks, and medical teams available in case of emergency. All participants must adhere to safety instructions.
Yes, the official shop will be in the Hangar G on site, where you can purchase hot air balloon-related items such as t-shirts, hats, and souvenirs.
